Es liegt in der westlichen Provinz Karnali. Es gibt viele D\u00f6rfer, die \u00fcber das weite Gebiet verteilt sind. Es ist in 2 Teile unterteilt, dem Upper Dolpo und Lower Dolpo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><figure style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/2\/22\/NepalDolpaDistrictmap.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/2\/22\/NepalDolpaDistrictmap.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"2479\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Karte des Distrikts Dolpo<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Untere Dolpo-Leute sind haupts\u00e4chlich von der nepalesischen Kultur gepr\u00e4gt. Sie sprechen Nepali, praktizieren die hinduistische Religion und tragen Kleider im nepalesischen Stil. Es gibt viele D\u00f6rfer, und die meisten Menschen k\u00f6nnen lesen und schreiben, ihr Ort ist viel w\u00e4rmer und sie ernten sogar Bohnen, Reis, Mais, Chili usw.<\/p><p>In Upper Dolpo gibt es viele kleine D\u00f6rfer. Rund 80 Prozent der Menschen geh\u00f6ren der tibetischen Kultur an, sie sprechen die tibetische Sprache, tragen tibetische Kleidung und praktizieren den tibetischen Buddhismus und die B\u00f6n-Religion. Die Mehrheit der alten Menschen ist ungebildet und kann nicht einmal Nepali sprechen. Erst seit Kurzem erh\u00e4lt die j\u00fcngere Generation Zugang zu einer Grundbildung. Wir sind aus Upper Dolpo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-193c4a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"193c4a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kathmandu nach Dunai<\/span><\/h5><p>Dunai liegt auf einer H\u00f6he von 2000m und ist das Tor zu Dolpo. Mit rund 350 Familien ist es ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Stadt und der Hauptsitz der Verwaltung des Dolpo Distrikts.<\/p><figure style=\"width: 350px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/7\/78\/Dunai%2C_Dolpo%2C_Nepal.JPG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/7\/78\/Dunai%2C_Dolpo%2C_Nepal.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"1932\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dunai - die Hauptstadt von Dolpo<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Es gibt zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten, Dunai zu erreichen; per Bus oder Flugzeug. Das Flugzeug ist sehr teuer, deshalb fahren wir immer lieber mit dem Bus und benutzen das Flugzeug nur im Notfall.<\/p><p>Um Dunai mit dem Bus von Kathmandu aus zu erreichen, dauert es normalerweise viereinhalb Tage. Wir m\u00fcssen dreimal anhalten und umsteigen. Es gibt auch eine Br\u00fccke, die gro\u00dfe Busse nicht \u00fcberqueren k\u00f6nnen, daher stehen an dieser Stelle nur Lastwagen und Jeeps zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p><h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dunai nach Komang<\/span><\/h5><p>Komang ist eines der k\u00e4ltesten D\u00f6rfer im oberen Dolpo, da es im Vergleich zu anderen D\u00f6rfern auf einer sehr hohen H\u00f6he (4.500 Meter) liegt. Die meisten D\u00f6rfer liegen nahe beieinander und sind in ein bis zwei Stunden zu Fu\u00df zu erreichen. Das n\u00e4chstgelegene Dorf von Komang ist jedoch zweieinhalb Stunden zu Fu\u00df entfernt und von anderen nahe gelegenen D\u00f6rfern dauert es etwa 6\/7 Stunden, um uns zu erreichen.<\/p><p>Es gibt jetzt einige Hotels in der N\u00e4he von Dunai, aber die meisten sind zu teuer. Sie sind speziell f\u00fcr Touristen gemacht, die aus verschiedenen Orten kommen, so dass Einheimische, die reisen, es normalerweise  vorziehen, drau\u00dfen zu schlafen und zu essen.<\/p><p>Es gibt keine Autostra\u00dfe nach Komang, also m\u00fcssen wir nach der Ankunft in Dunai zu Fu\u00df gehen. Von Dunai dauert es eine Woche, um Komang zu erreichen, wenn wir langsam gehen. Aber f\u00fcr die Einheimischen dauert es 5 Tage, manche Leute schaffen es in 4 Tagen, weil sie von 3 bis 21 Uhr ohne Pause laufen. Manchmal ist es sehr kalt, drau\u00dfen zu schlafen (wenn es schneit oder windig ist) und gef\u00e4hrlich und be\u00e4ngstigend, weil wir die Ger\u00e4usche vieler wilder Tiere h\u00f6ren, also machen wir immer gro\u00dfes Feuerholz, um uns vor den wilden Tieren und der K\u00e4lte zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-dc0640c elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"dc0640c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-77944b7\" data-id=\"77944b7\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ba23ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"5ba23ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*! Die Leute sagen uns dann: \u201eWow! Du bist jetzt so gro\u00df, so h\u00fcbsch, so sch\u00f6n, so erwachsen!\u201c Sie reden so viel miteinander und strahlen so viel Freude aus, sodass alle Strapazen sofort vergessen sind.<\/p><h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Die harte Reise in die Vergangenheit<\/span><\/h5><p>Auch wenn diese Reise immer noch schwierig ist, ist sie dennoch viel einfacher im Vergleich zu dem, was unsere Vorfahren durchmachen mussten. Mein Gro\u00dfvater erz\u00e4hlte mir, dass sie, wenn sie nach Kathmandu fuhren, ihrer Familie immer ihren letzten Wunsch mitteilten und dann gingen, weil Kathmandu sehr weit weg ist und es damals noch nicht einmal Busse gab. Sie mussten 3 oder 4 Monate laufen, um Kathmandu zu erreichen.<\/p><p>Da in der Vergangenheit nur wenige Menschen nach Kathmandu reisten, war der Weg nicht bekannt und sie mussten immer nach anderen Wegen suchen. Die meisten Reisenden waren auf Pilgerreise, weil es in Kathmandu viele heilige St\u00e4tten gibt. Wie unsere Vorfahren reisten viele Pilger aus fernen L\u00e4ndern dorthin, um die heiligen St\u00e4tten zu besuchen und ihren Segen zu erhalten.<\/p><p>Ich danke Dir sehr!<br
